Kanye Versus Zappos: Rolling with the punches

You’ve probably already heard through various social media channels about the feud between rapper, Kanye West, and Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh.  For those who haven’t, West, openly criticized Hsieh that,

“he [Hsieh] sells all this sh*t product to everybody, his whole thing is based off of selling sh*t product.”

Sensing West’s genius, Zappos unveiled its sh*t product, and garnered within a day 54 glowing reviews and a 5 out of 5 average rating.  Instead of responding with tough tweets, Hsieh turned lemons into marketing gold.
